Newest BYU-I Approved Student Housing! Sundance Town Center is the newest build in the Sundance franchise. The same modern units you love, just steps from the BYU-I campus. Men's and women's units! Plan 1 is the signature unit, plan 2 is the Vaulted unit (higher ceilings), & plan 3 is the Grand window unit (higher ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the living room letting in more light).
