Davenport has an awesome location- we're only a 1/2 block from campus (& the Hart gym). We offer free laundry and upgraded Fiber Optic Internet. We are well-known for our large living spaces with tons of storage space, a cozy home-like atmosphere, fun social wards, and our WONDERFUL tenants! Very affordable, with multiple discounts available too! We'd love to answer any questions you have!
