Nice courtyard, lounge, game room, fruit trees, basketball court, volleyball net, fire pit, and a covered bike area! Less than 2 blocks from campus and close to Broulims' groceries and downtown Rexburg. LOTS OF PARKING TOO! Fall/Winter: $1050 Spring: $895 Summer: $495
